Exchange & Return Policy (14 Days)

Twenty Six offers exchange or return services within 14 days from the date of delivery, subject to the following conditions:

Accepted Cases

• Product is unused and in its original condition
• Product is in original packaging
• Product has not been opened or tampered with
• Damaged or incorrect items upon delivery

Non-Accepted Cases

• Opened or used products (perfumes, incense, and fragrances)
• Requests made after 14 days from delivery date
